Shipping + Handling
Orders will be processed within 3-5 days.
All sales are final.
It very rarely happens, but if you receive your item damaged or broken, please send me pictures and I will issue a replacement or full refund.
All parcels are shipped flat rate and reflected in each piece. On the off chance shipping is more or less than expected, I’ll get in touch, and we can work something out.
Care +General Information
Be sure to inspect and wash your pots upon arrival and before use.
All my pots are made from white stoneware and fired to cone 10 oxidation, which means each piece is highly vitrified (glass-like) and watertight. There is nothing toxic or dangerous that can leach out of my pots, so even if there is a small pinhole or irregular specks, use is not compromised.
All of my pots are dishwasher- and microwave-safe. However, handwashing and avoiding the microwave will prolong the life of your ceramics and are highly recommended.
My pots are NOT cookware and do not belong in the oven or on the stove.
